WPM Association Real Estate President Staci M. Gelfound to Speak at Regional Community Association Institute Events in October
WPM Association Real Estate President Staci M. Gelfound, CMCA(r), AMS(r), PCAM(r), has been invited to share her industry experience and expertise at two upcoming regional events being held in October by the Community Association Institute (CAI).
On Monday, October 7, Gelfound will teach a class on How to Read Financials as part of the Chesapeake CAI Chapter's 2024 Annual Symposium & Expo. Gelfound brings over 30 years of industry experience and is a member of the national faculty for CAI. This one-day event is open to board members and homeowners as well as association managers and will be held at Maryland LIVE! Casino in Hanover, MD. Focused on financial management, attendees have the opportunity to strengthen their skill sets in financials, budgeting, special assessments and loans, as well as capital project funding.
Later in the month, Gelfound takes the stage to speak about the evolving role of technology in a session titled Enhancing Community Management through Artificial Intelligence at the Washington Metro CAI Chapter's 2024 Education Palooza on Friday, October 25. She will share her expertise and real-world experience, key considerations for implementation, along with potential challenges and pitfalls. Held at the Tysons Corner Marriott, this event brings together homeowners, managers and business partners for education and networking opportunities.
